Smart Plug
Concept for Bosch Smart Home
The project is part of the smart home initiative at Bosch Research and Technology Center in Bay Area. I created sketches, 3D models and rendering for my own concepts.
The design focus of smart plug was creating elegant form and shape in resonation with branding and utility.
Ideation and refinement
I created sketches of smart plugs with a variety of shapes. Meanwhile, ergonomics and branding was considered as a part of the exercise.
The final concept was selected and moved into 3D production.
Final Concept
One finalized the shape and placement of light and logo, I created 3D model and renderings with three color choices.
