16 years ago, I was a high school student in an elite mathematics and science program in China. But I always found myself sketching on textbooks. I made countless drawings of Sailor Moon characters. I didn’t know I would become a designer one day instead.

12 years ago, I moved to the States to pursue studies in Industrial Design. I enjoyed the spark of creativity through sketching and the focus of detail of 3D modeling and fabrication. But I didn’t know I would switch over to UX industry after graduation.

7 years ago, as an agency designer who were creating delightful mobile experience and user journeys for digital transformation projects, I didn’t know my passion would go into data one day.

But now here I am. I'm a UX designer with mixed work experience in enterprise, data, IoT and industrial design.

I enjoy problem solving for data, especially the process of digging through depth and breadth of complexity. However, complex problems don't necessarily result in complex solutions. Instead, I'm a seeker of simplicity by pursuing elegant solutions for technical problems.

I'm good at ideation, interactive prototypes, IA, research, visual, storytelling, and being a team player.
