1 Merrier is a digital content management and sharing mobile application that was launched for the 2017 annual party of Level 11. It is the V1 of Level 11’s first in-house product and platform.

Goals for guest experience
Keep informed
Guests have view event agenda, locate guests, tables and other points of interest on the map, and receive contextual events based on the party stage both on mobile app and digital portals.
Stay connected
Guests can search party attendants by name and find them on the map both on their mobile app and on digital portal. Guest’s public profiles and photos can be accessed as ice breaker for socialization.
Feel protected
Guests can change the visibility of their personal information and location. They can flag any shared photo and remove them from public access from their mobile app.
Wireframes and user flows
There are four scenarios to be built on. Those are before party, day of the party, during party and after party. In each scenario, the mobile app provides contextual service and tasks to ensure a smooth and well-prepared event experience for guests.
Visual Exploration
I collected festive visual artifacts and researched trendy UI styles to identify most suitable visual language for the mobile experience with distinct Level 11 branding. Visual language was created and applied to both mobile and digital portal experience.

Onboarding Experience
Guests receive a unique party code to be eligible for registration. After completing registration, they will be reminded of the event starting date and time and beforehand logistics such as ordering a ride.
POI List & Location
Guests can access the list of points of interests at the event venue and be able to navigate to the locations.
Guest Detail & Location
Guest’s public profile and location can be accessed on the mobile app.
